Torturing Nurse is a noise group dedicated to noise art and performance, was founded by Misuzu and Junky (both are from Shanghai no wave/noise band Junkyard) in April 2004. Group have released or participated in over 80 materials so far on cd/cdr format, splits and tapes. One of the most famous was cooperation with Zbigniew Karkowski and Dickson Dee on “Penetration” for Tronicks. “A Minute To Prey, A Second To Die” is one track prepared for Industrial Culture Records. Track lasts a little bit over 20 minutes and contains total distorted noise. Material was recorded in line-up: Youki: electronics/voice, Junky: electronics/voice. Material will be released on 9th of August as well.

An eminent study of harsh noise through another three drastically different approaches from three amazing contemporary harsh noise artists. Haemorrhaging Fetus pummels the listener with a concentrated and seething avalanche of crunched electronics that ride down a mountain of heavy rock and cliff formations. Ferveur Noire takes a more abrupt and violent approach with stabbing and grating shifts and movements, all the while keeping the constant suffocation obvious. Sick Buildings offers a concise, concentrated, and incredibly tense study of harsh sound, it's explosive quality, and the cracked rumbling silence it disrupts before and after it's attack. Easily one of the most focused works I have ever heard, taking the entity of harsh noise to new levels of study and concept.
The release features a 'crystal' pro-CDr with pro-printed inserts and disc artwork, both encased in a vinyl 'trigger' case. 100 ed.
